BARD is a trade name of Bard Well LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("BARD," "we," "us"). By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
We offer fixed-scope brand engagements ("sprints") and ongoing advisory retainers as described on this site. The scope, timeline, and price of each engagement are stated at purchase; any changes will be agreed in writing.
Sprint fees are due as stated at checkout. Bundle pricing is billed monthly across the engagement period. Work begins on the scheduled start date following payment.
Upon full payment, final deliverables created for you become yours. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
